Electricial problem in mobile home please help


I have a mobile home I rent out its a older 80s model ....We had a power surge about 3 weeks ago not sure if it had anything to do with it or not but we lost power to the lights in 3 rooms of the trailer.....The outlets in the wall work fine just the lights don't and the breaker is kicked and wont reset....I replaced every wall outlet and light switch in the place still nothing ...It was raining this morning while pulling some weeds around the under pinning (tin) it juiced me not sure if that is normal ....Can anyone help me

Getting "juiced" is NOT normal !

You need to investigate further ?

Put a volt meter between the frame of the tralier and something metal
in the ground nearby.

Report back.

Going to tear back into it this Friday working night shift all week ....Any idea about the lights?

Bostict..... If you have people renting that trailer, or anybody likely to get near it.... I suggest that Friday is not a good decsion "to get to it".

That you even suggest that, suggests that to me that this may not be a DIY project, "at your convenience".

Honest Friend.... given the limited info you gave us and with full realiztion this is a DIY joint, I would call an electrician ASAP.
