is there power in the junction box?
are you going to have a switch for the lights?
will you be able to turn them on from more then one location?
is there a light there now?

Run cable from JB to switch, run cable from switch to first light, run cable from first light to second light.

Now was that really so hard?

Do what? "electrical wiring for 2 lights from junction box"?
I'm sure if someone told me what they wanted I could wire anything.

From your question I have NO idea what you want, other than two lights.

Assuming you already have one cable entering the junction box that is already powered ("hot"):

Run a 2nd cable (14/2 with ground, typically) from the junction box to the box for the switch. In your junction box, wire-nut both blacks together, both whites together, and both ground wires together (and to the box, if it has a ground screw).

Run a cable from your switch box to the box for the first light fixture. In the box for the switch, tie together the whites and the grounds. Connect one of the black wires to one terminal of your light switch and the other black to the other terminal of the light switch.

Run a cable from the first light fixture to the second. In the box for the first light, tie (wire-nut) the black wire from the incoming cable, the black wire from the outgoing cable, and the short black wire from the light fixture together. If the fixture has a screw connection instead of a black wire, connect a short length of black wire from the terminal to the other blacks in the wire nut. This is called a pigtail. Similarly, wire nut together the three white wires (in, out, and fixture) and wire nut together the ground wires (in, out, fixture).

Do the second fixture like the first, except since there's no outgoing cable, you'll be wire-nutting just two wires (in and fixture). Blacks together, whites together, grounds together.

since all you asked is wiring from a j-box to 2 lites this will work: you did not mention any switches to turn lites on/off or whether you wanted 1 switch to control both lites or a one switch for each lite. So next time provide more info

In this diagram there is power into the j-box then on to each lite. the lites remain on all the time.

No ground wires shown for ease of drawing
