Electrical Skateboard


Hey guys,

I am trying to make a electrical skateboard and i don't know what to do. I have a board and wheels. What else will i need?

I have some question

What kind of a motor will i need?
What kind of battery will i need?
How do i connect them?
How do i control the acceleration?

I really need help

Copy existing store-bought or Internet designs.

In series through a speed control device.

Accel. depends on the motor's torque/speed curve, how much you weigh and what kind of hill you're climbing.
More battery amp-hours equals more operating time. The battery will last a lot longer on level ground.
