Question

Electrical Riser Diagram

I need to draw an Electrical Riser Diagram to go along with our Electrical Layout Plan for a small cottage we are building. I've looked online at examples, but they all seem to be for large, multi-floor buildings. Any information on how to draw this diagram or what should be included would be greatly appreciated.

Seems a little overkill to have to do a riser for a residential application. Seems like a load calculation would suffice.

Is this a requirement or something you're wanting to do for bidding purposes?

Thanks. That seems to make more sense. It is a requirement in the Bahamas where we are building this small cottage.

Me too. I guess with all this help, we could wire it in about 3-4 weeks!

At least that long, I'm figuring what, an hour a day?
