So I am wiring up my basement. I have a GE electrical box and when I am done it will be very full. My question is on the right side I have the white wire hookup. The other side I have the ground wire hookup. I have the breakers in the middle. My question is…

The white wire are just as the ground is installed, they install into a hole which a crew is forced against the wire to connected it and hold it in place. This is also how the ground is done on the other side. The ground side is up to two wires in one location under one screw. I need a few more spots for the white side. Am I able to do the same thing on the side that the white wires all connect to? Can I double up a couple of those white wires and place them under the same screw?

No, you can not.

You may have to try and find a bigger ground/neutral bar. Stupid thing is alot of panel manufactures don't make their ground/neutral bars with enough holes.

Just above that screw you are talking about, is that something that connects the two bars on each side of the panel.

I have never installed, and rarely even see GE panels so I am not familiar with them.

So i am going to use my exstra holes you see on the left for the other few white wires i have to install since the right side is full. That is good. Yes that looks just like my box.

Is the green screw to the left mean something ?

So i will do that and cross my fingers we were not mistaken and i dont die.

You are not going to die ...:) the green sticker is the inspection tag left by the electrical inspector. Green means good ... it also appears this panel is your service equipment or the location where the first means or only means to disconnect power to all the electrical serving your home is located. Neutral and ground are bonded here and your panel verifies that with the green main bonding screw and metal tie bar between bus bars.

It does not matter where you put or terminate your neutral and ground wires. Either bus is fine ... keep the whites in a terminal hole by themselves as mentioned.

Remember safety. Make sure your breakers you are installing are in the off position and turn off the main breaker to kill power the bus bars where your breakers attach to the bus stabs. The large lugs where the service entrance wires are terminated to the main breaker will remain 'hot' or energized so stay clear of them when routing your wiring to the circuit breakers and neutral bars. Once your finished then reenergize your panel and turn on the necessary circuit breakers once the panel cover is reinstalled.
