Electrical Outlet Problem

I recently had all my GFCI outlets stop working following a snow/rain storm. The circuit uses a GFCI circuit breaker. It wasn't tripped. I switched the breaker off and back on, but the outlets still didin't work. I then replaced the breaker, but the outlets still don't work.

FYI, I had XMas lights plugged into one of the GFCI outlets outside during the snow/rain storm.

Any thoughts?? Thanks.

I might try unpluging everything from that circuit. If that can't reset it i would try disconnecting the xmas light receptical, capping the wires off, and see if you can reset. HS.

Thanks for the reply. I had already unplugged everything within the line. Also, the breaker never actually tripped. I can and have reset it.

There is probably a lose wire somewhere in the circut possibly. The best thing to do is purchase a "bug eye" outlet tester.Perferably one that can test GFCI's as well and use it to test the circuts.
