Electrical outlet in condo concrete floor

I want to install a couple of electrical outlets in our condo concrete floor. I will be installing 1/2 inch click lock engineered hardwood. Can I cut a grove in the bottom of the hardwood to run the electrical cable?

Nope, will not happen, unless you use something like http://www.southwire.com/products/Fl...ctricalOEM.htm

This is their other site that explains its use better http://www.flatwireready.com/

Only problem is, right now Southwire does not offer 120vac option in their new product line for this. Another option that is available http://www.ampnetconnect.com/documen...n_Rev4_Web.pdf

Maybe something bad, maybe something good. I guess we'll never know, 'cause you're going to guard it. You won't touch it, will you?

I am sorry, but you are in for trouble as far as the floor and the ceiling in most condo's. I built these things (condo's) back home in Florida and the only access you will have is in the interior walls. But, you have no ceiling or floor access to access the walls either. This the norm with concrete structures.
