even thou its not common for homes to have dedicated circuits for high rated appliances/items. It is now code for you to install dedicated circuits for such appliances/items that can cause a overload sharing on a circuit which can over exceed the ampere.
I suggest you call a electrician.. For it sounds to me that you could very well be exp. Breaker issue, or a short/arching somewhere in the circuit. Specially if all neutral, grounds are not securely tighten to the terminals in the service panel.
ee: it could possibly be something totally different too. Hey, thats why in this trade pacifically it is called a practice.. for in allot of cases one common thing can sound as if its a related issue- but totally something new never witness before. We shall see the after results!
