Running a #6-3acwu (aluminum) 100' underground to a 60 amp breaker. No heavy loads except a hobby welder (LincolnAC-225) 18% duty cycle. Am I OK.?

I have a Miller 175 welder, 220v compressor, etc. in my shop on 60a breaker with a ~100' run of #6 THHN - no problems. One man shop, so solo tool usage.

What do you mean by "Am I OK?" We have no way of knowing, but your wiring project needs some revision or you may not be OK. #6 AL isn't good for 60 amps. What do you have planned for the grounding?
