Electrical - Kitchen light

I'm putting up a kitchen light and there is no green screw to connect the ground wire to. There is also no ground wire on fixture to connect the ground coming from the ceiling. What other way can I connect the ground wire to the mounting bracket?

Connect the ground wire to the ceiling junction box with a 10/32 green, hex. head ground screw that you can buy at the local hardware store - there ought to be a tapped hole all ready for this screw inside the ceiling junction box.
Then, install the light fixture, and the metal housing assembly of the fixture hardware will ground the metal parts of the fixture's frame.
