Electrical issues with home inspection

To let everyone know we are going through with buying the house. Now before I get flamed for this one read on. It turns out they did not build the house themselves, but they did have it built. I hired a plumber, roofer, and and electricain to inspect the property. The roof is ok, the plumbing is ok, and well the electrical is getting fixed by the electricain, I am even getting a new breaker box because the oen they had was too small and overloaded. They need to get out of this house, and they are paying for all the work to be done. I did have to pay for the extra inspections per contract, but I was only out another $130 to have the inspections, and I was there for every inspection.
I feel like we are getting a steal on this house now. This house is so much more than house, this is country living on 4.3 acres, with 2 acres of that being a beautiful pond.
Thanks for all the information.

The pond is stocked full of channel cat. My son says he will live near the pond with his fishing pole
