electrical garbage disposal and outlets

I'm adding a garbage disposal and an extra outlet on 12/2 wire with a 15 amp breaker. Will it be able to handle this load if the outlet has a microwave pluged into it????? And if so where should I run the wire to first for the GFCI outlet?
