electrical cover installation on repaired drywall


how to replace electrical covers onrepaired drywalls with sunken suckets and plugs?

electrical cover installation on repaired drywall


how do you screw the cover to the sunken plug or sucket? Do you use longer screws?

electrical cover installation on repaired drywall


The box should be recessed no more than 1/4". Any deeper and a box extension would be required. Unless the setback was less than 1/8" I would use an extension to avoid the spongy mounting when plugging something in.
