Electrical box in same bay as shower
 

Newbie
So I have a wall that we would like to put a wall sconce on, but the shower valve and pipe are in that bay. Question is can you put electrical box in same bay. Opposite side of shower of corse.
Not sure how to set up profile but we are in CA east of Sacramento.

Generally C'est is not a issue at all however when you put the wall scone you may want to give you a head up just double check the pipe where it runs some case you may either move the box over or use the pancake box.

Note: becarefull on pancake box they are pretty limited on the numbers of conductors it can be used unless you have pretty good size capaony ( cover ) it may get away with it.
