electrical


im building a sun room and wondering if its safe to run 2 ceiling fans with lights and 4 receptacles and one outside flood light on a 20amp breaker using 12-2 wire

Sounds fine to me. You are not going to overload the circuit with a few lights and a few outlets.

All depends what you intend to plug into the receptacles. If yo are thinking about using heaters then the circuit might not be enough.

If you intend to use a bunch is space heaters you would want more. But seriously no where in the nec does it say you need to plan for the overuse of portable space heating equipment.
