What Do You Do When You Have No Lights And The Plugs Don't Work But The Breaker Is Fine And There Is Continuity Throughout Circuit

By the way, do not measure continuity within a circuit that has not been switched off.

Stop wasting time re-adjusting the pattern. Have several lawn sprinklers, one for each pattern.
