Electric Service and MWBC

Lots of questions appear here regarding multiwire branch circuits, that is, those circuits consisting of two hot wires and a neutral (plus ground, of course). The main service to your house is also a big MWBC. I found this perfect interactive example of the relation of loads to the neutral current.

home.comcast.net/~ronaldrc/wsb/fx.htm

It uses 1.5 volt batteries, but the principle is the same.
