electric panel placement code


is there anything in the code about how far away from the floor a electric panel has to be placed?

The highest breaker cannot be higher than 6' 7". There is NO minimum.

you need clear space in front of it to stand (30-36")...
and the highest breaker can't be more than X (68" iirc) off the floor...
but I don't think there is a minimum height the panel can be installed.

nearly every other height standard (in this range) used 6'6" (68")...
NEC has to be different.
