Electric outlet under drain pipe?

I have a drain pipe running across a wall in my basment. It is a 3 inch PVC pipe that runs to the cesspool. Is it against code to mount outlets beneath it?

The pipe is about 7 foot off the ground and I would mount the boxes on the wall below it. I have not been able to find a code that it would violate but wanted to be sure.

Thanks

Electric outlet under drain pipe?

Its fine to put them there. The pipe does not change anything about your dry location.
