Electric heating cables under concrete

I have 2 electric heating cable units under concrete at my cabin, The electrician tested and said one has a broken heating cable, but did not know where. Is there contractors with testing equipment to locate bad area, drill out concrete and repair cable? Any suggestions welcome

Electric heating cables under concrete

Unfortunately, heating cable is usually unrepairable. Especially in concrete. You would need to contact the manufacturer of the cable to find out for sure whether it can be field repaired or not.
