Electric Fireplace losing brightness after 1 year


Any suggestions on how to brighten the look of the "fire". I will take off the glass pane to see if it is getting dirty on the inside. Has anyone else had this problem?

Electric Fireplace losing brightness after 1 year


if its the glass, there is a cleaner for that. not sure about electric, but I have some for my glass on our gas fireplace.
