I think you are hung up on the literary words of the OP. If the rate is 10 cents a kwh, that equates to 10 MWH per month. Either the OP has a 10,000 sq ft ranch house or, as someone else suggested, he has several other out buildings linked to one account. I cannot believe that is from one residential 200A service meter. You would need at least a 400A service to acquire 10 MWH in a month on one meter.

Maybe the POCO cut his/her power and now they no longer have electricity for the computer/internet to respond to the thread.
