EGC for 200A panel

What size EGC would I have to use to bond the cold water and gas when installing a 200 amp panel, a #6 or #4?

Table 250.66, and the gas can be bonded by the EGC supplying the appliance that is using the gas. In other words, nothing needs to be done.
