Dumb Dimmers

I have an Aspire master and Remote dimmer switches wired correctly to 5 LED lights 55 watts each. Both of them dim the lights up and down but the problem is when I shut them off. They dim down fine, shut off, and then the 1st and last light comes back on very dim. Seems to me that the power to the lights is not completely shutting down. Bad master or bad remote maybe. Other than what I described they work fine, no noise either. Help if you can, thanks.

Some of those device draw a small trickle current through the fixture to operate in place a neutral connection. That small current is not a problem for the old style incandescent lamps. However for CFLs and LEDs it can make them blink or come on dim. Usually one old style lamp on the circuit will cure the problem.
