Dual Heater for Immersion,

Morning lads, Im trying to fit a new Immersion heater, I have replaced everything Bar the wiring and too be honest i cant really make sence of it, Ive taken off the swtich to see what cables switch the Bath, sink, and have found that the Red is the bath and the Brown is the sink,
The New Heater is a 4core 2 meter flex, i think there 2.5 im not sure. Blue, brown, black, and a earth. The Diagram also states that the brown is for the bath, the Black is for the Sink, Blue is Neutral and the Green and yellow is Earth.
The box mounted on the wall is like a Junction box. where the new Immersion heater cable connects to the Supply.
The Supply Coming into the Junction box has 5 cables, a Brown, Blue, Red, Earth and also a Yellow. this is where i need some assistance. I connected up the earths and i connected up the neutrals, and also the Bath and Sink, but i am Struggling to place where the yellow would go. When i connect everything up and leave out the yellow the Heater dos not heat? Please adivse many thanks Andy

How about a link to the web site of this heater manufacturer. How about a model number, serial number and every single thing regarding this heater as I have no idea of what you are talking about. What about the wiring diagram that came with the heater? When you said immersion heater, I thought you were talking about tropical fish aquariums.
