Dryer Pony Problem.


I'm no expert, but my instinct tells me that it's bad to have a ten foot run of 6-8 gauge NM cable that has no overload protection.

I'd shorten that run pronto. (Unless it runs through the main breaker first, of course, in which case, .)

All runs of NM cable must be protected by a breaker no matter how short.

Hobb...it looks like you have a pretty bad problem here...you said unfused romex?

That NEEDs to be corrected.
