You want to plug a machine that needs a 30 amp 240 volt receptacle into a 20 amp 120 volt receptacle?

Are you crazy??????

Is this a 110 volt or a 220 volt dryer?

I dont think such a thing would exist.

You existing receptacle is rated for 20 amps at most, which means the breaker and the wire feeding are likely also rated for 20 amps max. It also needs 120v. The receptacle you want to change too needs 240v. Quite simply, you need 1 more wire and all the wires need to be a bigger size.

Can you take a pic of your receptacle and plug, and upload it here?

You will need a new 30 amp 4 wire circuit and make sure the dryer is hooked uped to a 4 wire config.

Oops, sorry.

Strange, OP could site those specs and not know that his question would not work.
