Drain in conduit at bottom of service panel?

I would like to add a new conduit from my outdoor breaker panel to the inside of my crawlspace, however the only knockouts still available are in the bottom of the box. Do I need to have a drain in the conduit? I was planning on using a 2ft section of liquidtight conduit to go from the outdoor panel to a new j-box in the crawlspace.

Drain in conduit at bottom of service panel?

What should I search for to find an acceptable drain fitting? All I have found so far is explosion proof drain/vent fittings. I assume drilling a hole in the bottom of a conduit body isn't a listed method.

Thanks
