Detach building wiring question

I have a feed from main panel to a sub panel in my house and a sub panel in a detached workshop. Can I add 1 circuit and wire from workshop sub panel to another detach storage building? I don't plan to plan to add another sub panel there since this wire will only feed 1 light bulb and 2 outlets. Do I have to GFCI protected this circuit?

Also, I found that the sub panel in the workshop use ground wire which comes from main panel. Do I have to put additional ground rods for this detach workshop?

Thanks in advance.

Detach building wiring question

GFCI for receptacles-yes.

For one branch circuit, rods-no.

Detach building wiring question

Ground rods:

The outbuilding fed by one circuit: No rods needed.

The detached workshop with a sub-panel: Yes ground rods needed (in addition to the ground wire that runs with the power wires back to the panel that feeds it).
