Hi
can anyone give me the definition of "wet location" and "damp location". This in in the context of installing outdoor receptacles.
Thanks

Definition of wet location

Damp….locations protected from weather and not subject to saturation with water or other liquids but subject to moderate degrees of moisture.

Wet…Installations underground, in concrete slabs, masonry in direct contact with the earth; in locations subject to saturation with water or other liquids; in unprotected locations exposed to weather.
