dedicated circuit for gas stove & hood?

Does a gas stove that use 120v for controls and such require a dedicated circuit? What about range hood, not OTR microwave?

No, it can be on a SABC

If it is cord connected to a receptacle, yes.

If it is hard wired, no. It cannot be on a SABC.

If the instructions says it has to be on one, yes.

K thanks.
what does SABC stand for?

edit: nevermind. found it. Small appliance branch circuit.
So it wouldn't be ok to tap off an adjacent living room circuit right?

Not in my opinion, but it can be debatable.
