Cutomer Service!!

Got a job in a pillow factory, need to install some breakers in a Siemens 1600a dist. panel. Internet search said the parts were discontinued. Could not find them locally so my supply house called their factory rep. and got her to talk to me(kid at the supply house had no idea what I wanted). I gave the rep. the catalog number and serial number and in a few minutes she knew what I was working on, what town i was working in and where the gear was located inside the factory! I wish everyone kept records like that. Turns out there are replacement parts for this gear making my job much easier.

Cool....good work. I get breakers and stuff from Circuit Breaker Sales inc in Texas. They have anything you can imagine!
