Cutler-Hammer CH412C panel...tandem breaker?

I have a Cutler-Hammer CH412C panel (split bus, 1970's vintage?) - are they rated for tandem/split breakers? I'm out of available space in the panel for a new circuit.

Look on the cover it may tell you there another option is pull out the breakers and it it's a split tab then you should be fine.
