Controlling lights in outbuilding from house

I am running 12-3 from an out building to my house to be able to turn on the exterior lights. Question is when I get into the house - I am going to locate the 3 way switch right next to an existing switch, is it ok to put both switches in double gang box as long as the grounds are separate? Assuming they have to be separate because of the sub panel in the outbuilding is grounded separately.

all EGC(grounds) go together in any box.

the neutrals(grounded) are to be kept separate for each circuit

Thanks, I see now that the separate ground in the out building tied into the main panel as well. Didn't think that through. Neutrals separate - thanks for the reminder. Appreciate the reply.
