Conduit Placement Next to Dryer Vent

Can anyone tell me, are there certain requirements as to how close an ENT electrical conduit can be to a dryer vent? I want to run a conduit from the garage through the basement ceiling and out the back wall, to power a sub-panel in my shed. I have a straight run from the garage through one joist bay all the way to the back wall, but it would exit right next to the dryer vent.

There are no clearance requirements in the International Code for dryer vents to anything. You can touch them to wood or anything else, even though it probably isn't the best idea.
