Conductor sizing

I can only speak for New Jersey. The NEC is adopted at the state level with amendments. One of the amendments is to remove the term AHJ wherever it appears and substitute the phrase "Electrical Subcode Official". The ESO is respobsible for the enforcement of the electrical subsode in any municipality he is appointed in. He/she is legally resposible for enforcement of the electrical subcode. We also have an appeals process in place to settle disagreements.
