Thats why you get so many different opinions of what a code article implies.... I think CMP's get a big grin on their face when they see the grief it causes us....... If they put it in terms that made common sense to all us little people there wouldn't be substantiation for for all the debate and all the fun will be gone. It reminds me alot of reading a government contract you understand only what they want you to understand which is usually that line that says " sign here if you understand the terms and conseqences. "
