Compatible circuit breakers

I have a TBB10(20-20)C panel (Thomas & Betts) and need to replace breaker with a 20 amp 2-pole with time delay breaker for a 250/208 Friedrich A/C/Heat unit ... what circuit breakers are compatible? Thanks, Zoe
