clamp connector for a single wire (ground)
my cable and phone NIDs on the side of the house have grounding that joins in a third box and from there goes inside the house through flex conduit. once it gets in, it goes from the wall, through a PVC elbow, through another foot of flex into a regular steel handy box. there it splices again and from there goes down into the basement, some 80 ft.

the wire coming into the final handy box goes through flex because there is a PVC elbow coming through the wall but on its way out, it is just loose wire (insulated though).

for regular AWG 12 and 14/2 and 3 Romax cabling i use 3/8" clamp connectors to secure cable to the box so it can't be jerked out -- but the opening is too little for just a single AWG 10 wire. i was wondering what the suggested method of clamping this wire on its way out of the box would be since i doubt they make smaller clamp connectors.

The intersystem bonding bars are usually fed with #6 or smaller. #10 seems small.

get yourself a 1/4 20 bolt and nut and bond it to the outside of the box and then pick it up from the ground screw inside the box( assuming your using a metal box).

This style of 3/8 actually clamps it tight. There is another style which doesn't.

my antenna grounding block wire is #6 but phone company NID grounding wire is #12. any larger wouldnt fit the connection in the box.

does anyone know what the min required size for phone system grounding/bonding is?

both Verizon and Comcast use #10
