Circuit breaker popped and it is only connected to ceiling lights

Today, I came home from work and half my family was running a round as usual. I went to turn on the laundry room light and it would not work. We looked at the circuit breaker and it was popped. We got it to reset but do I still need an electrician?

No it could of just been a small surge on that line. If it reset your fine.
