Changing recessed lighting trim?

I have the current trim (see attached) and would like to change to one with baffle trim - do I need to buy another recessed lighting kit that can accommodate it or is this an easy swap?

Changing recessed lighting trim?

Changing trims is just a matter of finding a trim you like from the manufacturer of the housing. Remove old and install new.

Be sure to match the bulb to the trim. Certain bulbs can only be used with certain trims.

Changing recessed lighting trim?

This is the one I need, though not a case of them. When I was just at HD, for 5" baffled they only carried Cooper Lighting.
