Just wanna thank Oso954 for pointing out the correct slots and zappa for suggesting touching the wire against the terminals to test. I got a dial tone! :-D Thank you all, I'll report back to close this question out, as soon as I get my punchdown tool and finish the job.

Sahrum, you can actually use the back side of a drywall knife to push down the wires into the terminals. Just make sure you do not slip doing so, or just place some tape on the knife edge if you wish.

Just reporting back that over the weekend my punch down tool arrived and I have successfully gotten everything setup! Wanted to thank all of you again who helped!
