Ceiling Fan Wiring Puzzle

I am wiring a ceiling fan in a basement that I am finishing, and the electrical work was done by my father, but he never finished it up. I have a ceiling fan that I can not figure out how to wire up. It is a light and fan ceiling fan, that is to be controlled by two switches. Currently, the situation is this:

I have a double switch on the wall, with two cables running out of it, each for controlling the light and fan. There is no power in at this box.

Second at the fan box, I have the two cables coming in that are from the switch box. There is also a power cable coming in, and a cable that is labeled as power out.

The fan itself has the black, blue, white and green. I just can't wrap my mind around the wiring scheme for this one, so if anyone can help, I would appreciate it. Thanks

I just looked at the wiring diagrams above, and I think I might have it figured out.
