Ceiling fan with light

I have an existing ceilung fan W/ light. I have dual deco switchs on the wall and one controls power to fan. I want to install a lutron switch that can be connected single or 3 pole. It has two switches one for fan one for light and has levers to control dimmng and fan speed. Please advise

Ceiling fan with light

It will only work if you currently have two switch legs going to the fan.
