Are you running this in your walls or not?

If in the walls (fixed location) use Cat 5, unshielded twisted pair, solid conductors.

The stranded conductor version is more flexible and is usually used in patch cables.

Solid Cat5e UTP wire for your network, and RG6 Quad Shield for your TV.
