Capacitor Burnout

What do you mean by burnout? It is smoking? Flames? Very hot?

What does stating mean? Starting?

Does motor rotate at all or is it stuck motionless with no rotation of shaft?

Capacitor Burnout

Cap rated voltage too low?
Cap rated for DC applications only?
Capacity value way off?

The more questions answered correctly, the shorter the list of probable causes for your symptom.
