Yes, GE does make a twin (tandem) breaker. But you need to look in your panel and see if the buss will accept a tandem. Sometimes the schematic (panel label) will indicate if you can use them in a particular panel.
As Jupebleu tell ya on that part the main thing is you look up the model number of the load centré to make sure they can take the duplex breaker and pay attetion the bussbar tabs when you land the breaker.
That is reltive common item I know GE do carry them I think they are about 10 to 15 Euros.
