can lighting

I recently wired several halo H71CAT canisters which was super simple. However, I have had a change of mind on the fixture location and need to move a few cans. I there an easy way to "unplug" the ground, black and white once I have already pushed them in. It seems very difficult to just pull them directly out. I dont want to break the plug by pulling on it too hard. Any suggestions?

Cut them and get new splices, or use wire nuts. Do not re-use them.
