Can light brands


What brand of can lights do the pros use? What brands should I avoid? Looking at new construction housings. Lightbulb type undecided. Thanks.

Ford or chevy?
I use Halo, because that is what my supplier sells.

i am just a new home owner and not an electrical expert but i just got new work halo 5" cans; the IC rated ones and they couldn't have been easier to install and wire.
