Bury Low Voltage Wire in Wall?

Hi Guys,
I'm helping a friend of mine install some under cabinet lights in his new kitchen which is currentlky in the rough in phase. Does anyone know if they make a low voltage wire that can be run behind sheetrock? I know the off the shelf wire that comes with the lights cant be used but some one had mentioned that they make an "orange" colored wire that can be buried? I never heard of it but that doesnt mean its not out there?

As always..you guys are the best

I would take a good look at the package instructions. They sell you wire you cannot use? It's low voltage.
Is it allowed for exposed installation? What is the wire rated for.

I ended up using romex for anything behind the sheet rock. That was the easiest solution and was readilt available. Thanks for your responses.
